Tiger shrimps in garlic sauce

Thanks to an excellent selection and a traditional preparation, the taste of the tiger shrimps – fleshy and slightly sweet – is optimally preserved. A fine oil and a delicious marinade provide extra flavour. Ideally suited to be served as an appetiser (in combination with French bread and tomato) or exquisite in a pasta.

Crayfish tails are available in garlic oil as well.
